My name is Teresa, and I am so happy you are here.

Stillness GEMS Wellness Center was born from grief.
Moments after my Mom's passing from ovarian cancer 17 years ago, I saw myself going through all of my milestones without her.
The visions and feelings were deafening.
Grief was and still is a tough teacher to learn from - but as with all tough teachers, we tend to learn the most from them.
My personal wellness journey consists of all of the services I provide here at Stillness GEMS Wellness Center which include but are not limited to Hypnotherapy, Meditation, Mindfulness Practices, Reiki, Energy Healing, Feng Shui (future certification), and Crystal Healing (future certification).

I am a firm believer in the idea that our inner worlds reflect our outer worlds.
Your Home's energy is a direct reflection of your body's energy.
Here at Stillness GEMS Wellness Center, our services and products assist you in decluttering your Home, inside and out.
